Noise cancellation and personalized performance with Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds II

The brand that invented noise cancelling headphones is transforming the industry again. The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are the next generation of truly wireless noise cancelling earbuds. With Bose CustomTune sound calibration technology, QC Earbuds II intelligently personalize audio and noise cancellation performance to the unique shape of every ear. This results in an unprecedented listening experience, and the world’s finest noise cancellation from any headphone.

Noise cancellation and personalized performance with Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds IIThe brand-new QuietComfort Earbuds II look great. Each bud is about one-third smaller than its predecessor, weighs less than a quarter ounce, and comes with a pocketable charging case. With an eartip Fit Kit that features a revolutionary two-piece system with interchangeable stability bands and eartips, QuietComfort delivers all-day comfort and wearability.

The QuietComfort Earbuds II introduce CustomTune sound calibration technology. This pioneering innovation is triggered every time the buds are removed from their case. Microphones in the earbud measure your ear canal’s acoustic response to a proprietary tone. It then tailors both audio and noise cancellation performance specifically for you in less than half a second.

CustomTune fully optimizes the sound frequency profile for each ear, so the sound that reaches the eardrum is as the artist intended – lifelike, balanced audio with nuance, clarity, and depth. In addition to noise cancellation, CustomTune calibrates the noise reduction signal to your ears, improving performance significantly. By reducing frequencies that were previously difficult to reduce – like the voices of nearby coworkers, screaming babies on the bus, or family distractions in your home office – now they fade away without you ever noticing. Additionally, CustomTune continuously adapts to changing noise levels in your environment, ensuring the most effective noise cancellation.

CustomTune’s intelligent personalization also enhances Aware Mode with ActiveSense. In Aware Mode, your surroundings pass through the earbuds sounding as natural and lifelike as possible. ActiveSense reduces noise as it occurs, and only for as long as it lasts, when loud disruptions happen nearby. A proprietary electronic chip loaded with an exclusive algorithm senses, measures, and sends unwanted noise to a proprietary electronic chip inside the QC Earbuds II. In less than a millisecond, the system responds with a precise, equal, and opposite signal. It’s a dramatic and exclusive Bose result.

The QuietComfort Earbuds II provide the next level of noise cancellation technology by ensuring the most comfortable fit for your ears. With the QC Earbuds II, the traditional single-piece eartip is replaced with a two-piece system: an umbrella-shaped silicone eartip and a stability band.

Three sizes of eartips and three sizes of stability bands are included with the QC Earbuds II, allowing for up to nine customization options. Since no two ears are alike, all of the pieces are interchangeable, so you can find a fit that feels comfortable and stays in place all day. Our stability bands and eartips are durable and easy to change thanks to advanced materials and manufacturing techniques. Finally, a Fit Test in the Bose Music app ensures that the QC Earbuds II deliver the most accurate audio and noise cancellation performance. This is the same tone used in CustomTune sound calibration to check for leaks.

Apple and Android devices are compatible with Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II. They feature improved voice pickup enabled by an updated noise-removal algorithm and Bluetooth 5.3 capability, are sweat- and water-resistant, and work with mobile devices’ voice assistants. The case provides three additional charges for up to six hours of battery life. One hour of charging provides up to two hours of playback, while a quick 20-minute charge provides up to one hour. Through USB-C®, the case recharges in three hours.

The left and right earbuds have intuitive capacitive touch controls for play/pause content, volume control, skip tracks, and answering/ending calls. In addition, Bose Music provides shortcut settings, noise cancellation modes, and adjustable EQ, and updates will be released over time to add new features.
